  An interesting free tour of the factory with audio visual presentation, check on the times of the tour in your language and get there a little earlier to obtain your ticket as these are limited. Free samples at the end. What's not to like?

  Nice tour with 8 minute movie about cocoa and chocolate, the museum, a walk through the factory and finally the shop with some tastings. English tour daily 11h and 16h. Max. 50 persons are allowed in at the same time. Tickets are free from a dispenser at the entrance.

  English speaking guide for dedicated time-slots. Easy to see, small but pretty, interesting to understand chocolate production. Factory shop.

  A free look.around the factory, a short film on production methods, and a few free samples at the end, the only downside was there was only 2 English tours per day, and they were 5 hours apart.
